I have always been a very sensitive individual, picking up on the moods and emotions of others like a human barometer. This sensitivity, while a gift in many ways, also made me susceptible to absorbing negative energies, leading to a state of mental instability that I found deeply distressing. I felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster, with my moods and energy levels swinging wildly from one extreme to the other. I felt lost, disconnected, and out of control. My therapist assured me I wasn’t bipolar. I wasn’t sure.
In the midst of this turmoil, I stumbled upon energy healing. At first, I was skeptical. How could something as simple as the manipulation of energy bring about profound changes in my mental state? But desperate for relief, I decided to give it a try.
My first energy healing session was nothing short of a revelation. I could physically feel the practitioner's hands removing negative energies from my body, replacing them with a warm, soothing energy that made me feel calm and centered. Immediately after the session, I felt a sense of peace and clarity that I hadn't experienced in years. It was as if a fog had lifted from my mind, allowing me to see myself and the world around me more clearly.
But the most surprising thing was that this sense of calm and clarity didn't fade away as the days passed. Instead, it became a new baseline, a new normal. I found that I was able to handle stress more effectively and navigate through life's ups and downs with greater ease.
Along with energy healing, I also discovered the healing power of herbalism. The use of plants and herbs for healing has been around for thousands of years, and their effects on the human body are well-documented. I began incorporating certain herbs into my daily routine, using them to help balance my mood, boost my energy levels, and promote overall wellness.
Herbs such as lavender and chamomile helped to calm my mind and reduce anxiety, while others like ginseng and ashwagandha boosted my energy and stamina. The combination of energy healing and herbalism provided a holistic approach to my mental health, addressing not just the symptoms, but the root cause of my instability

So, I invite you to embark on your own journey of healing. Begin by understanding your wounds. What are the sources of your pain and discomfort? What are your needs? What makes you feel balanced and whole? Remember, there is no right or wrong way to heal. The most important thing is to listen to your body, mind, and spirit, and to give them the care and attention they need. You are unique, and so is your healing journey. I wish you all the best as you embark on this path to wholeness and wellness and am here to cast light on your shadows, embrace your greatness and help you find the easiest pathway to all you seek.
